As part of an EU coach exchange, ten coaches from Bulgaria travelled to Germany to gain insights into modern training approaches. In partnership with the Institut für Jugendfußball, Peter Schreiner held three specialist seminars.
Schreiner covered topics including two-footedness in passing and finishing, systematic finishing development in individual and group training, and small-sided game formats for children's football. He presented structured training concepts with practical drills for different age groups and ability levels.
In addition, the coaches visited clubs in the Ruhr area and watched the match between SW Essen and 1. FC Köln at the Uhlenkrug. The exchange was organised by Niko Illiev. A continuation of the project is planned.
