On 6 and 7 April, a group of 16 Bulgarian players had a very special highlight on the programme: intensive perception training as part of an EU project – led by Peter Schreiner.
The two training days centred on modern scanning and perception – key skills in today’s football. The training was supported by innovative equipment such as T-PRO Connect bibs and special reaction gloves, which provided additional stimuli and realistic match situations.
Organiser Niko Illiev summed up the impressions perfectly:
“The players had never had such intensive perception training before. They went to their limits – and beyond. And they learned an enormous amount in the process. They have absolutely earned their certificate of participation!”
The two days were marked by maximum concentration, new challenges and noticeable progress. For everyone involved, this training became a real experience – and further proof of how important targeted perception training is in modern football.
